Delete your account

This deletes your Moving Muscle helper account. You can also do it inside the app, in Settings, under Account.

What deletion removes

• Your name, photo, email address and phone number
• Your home address and everything about where you work
• Your equipment and its photos
• Your party, your invites and your no-matching list
• Your sign-in, so the account cannot be reached again

What we have to keep

• Payment, payout and tax records, including 1099 reporting
• Anything tied to an open dispute or damage claim
• Jobs you worked, as part of the record for the other people on them, no longer carrying your name

Those are required by law. They no longer identify you, and nobody can sign in as you again. The full detail is in the Helper Privacy Notice.
